Rope Rescue Course

Description:  Quickly and safely gaining access to a victim in a ravine, lowering a rescuer over the side of a building, hauling a patient and crew up a hillside all require skill, practice, knowledge and know how.  This class will review all the rescue knots, rope systems, tools and equipment as well teach good tactics and techniques for a successful and safe rope rescue.

Audience:  All Firefighters

Course Length:  16 hours
